The challenge

In store, sales associates don't always know the customer in front of them

All the customer intelligence that the CDP builds often stays outside the physical point of sale: the sales associate doesn't know what that customer has bought before, whether they have a pending appointment, or whether they need to be notified when a particular size arrives. Without that information at the counter, assisted in-store selling loses exactly what makes it valuable: personalization.

How it works

The entire customer profile, right at the point of sale

A web module for stores, designed for personalized, assisted selling.

Customer profile at the counterPurchase history, most-purchased categories, latest products, and how the customer ranks against others.
Customer notesNotes and reminders specific to each customer: appointments, alterations, and stock or size alerts.
Customer appointment calendarThe customer books a personal shopping appointment from their own wallet.
Store receiptsDirect access to the receipt history for that point of sale.
The store's own analyticsIndicators for that store's customers, without depending on another department.
Trade In & EarnTake back a used product in exchange for credit on a Trade In & Earn Card, redeemable in any channel.

Trade In & Earn gives every product a second life: the customer hands in a used garment from the brand, the store collects it, and that value becomes credit in their wallet for their next purchase, in any channel.

Benefits

Why it matters for the business

The sales associate is no longer serving a stranger. They're serving someone they know.

  1. All the customer's information, at the counter. Check purchase history, most-purchased categories, latest products, and how the customer ranks against others before you start serving them.
  2. Customer notes. Notes and reminders specific to each customer: a personal shopping appointment, a pending alteration, or a heads-up as soon as their size arrives.
  3. Appointments booked by the customer. Customers book a personal shopping slot in the store's calendar directly from their wallet, with no calls or intermediaries.
  4. Receipts and analytics for your own store. Check your store's receipt history and customer analytics, without depending on another department.
  5. Trade In & Earn: a second life for every product. The customer hands in a used garment from the brand in exchange for credit on their Trade In & Earn Card, redeemable in any channel on their next purchase.

Use case — Store

A second life that brings the customer back

A fashion store activates Trade In & Earn to find a new outlet for the brand's used garments. A customer hands in an old jacket, the store collects it from Clienteling, and the corresponding credit instantly appears on their Trade In & Earn Card. They redeem that credit weeks later online, without the brand having to launch a single campaign to bring them back.

Frequently asked questions

Your questions, answered

What are customer notes?

Notes and reminders specific to each customer, where the sales associate can record a personal shopping appointment, a pending alteration, or an alert for when a particular size or product arrives.

How does the appointment calendar work?

The customer books a personal shopping slot directly from their own wallet (APP, WhatsApp, Ecommerce, Mobile Pass, etc.), choosing an available day and time at the store. The request appears in the Clienteling module, where the store views and manages it.

What receipts and analytics does the store see in Clienteling?

The receipt history and customer analytics for that specific store, without depending on another department to look them up.

How does the Trade In & Earn service work?

The customer brings a used product from the brand to the store, where it's collected in exchange for credit loaded onto a Trade In & Earn Card. That credit stays in their wallet and can be redeemed in any channel on future purchases.
