1. Identification of the Owner

Information about the owner of the corporate website "www.wappingweb.com", for the purposes provided for in Article 10 of the Law on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

2. Purpose

These conditions shall govern the use of the Website that the Owner makes available to its users. They may be modified without prior notice, so it is advisable to review them periodically, even more so when you are about to make actual use of products and/or services.

3. Conditions of access and use

Access to the website is free and gives the person who accesses it the status of User, who may access the content or even contact its administrators.

The User must therefore read, understand and accept these conditions of use before proceeding to browse and/or use the services, which shall constitute express acceptance of and adherence to them under the terms and conditions set out below:

• Commitment to the diligent use of resources, in strict compliance with applicable law, with respect for good customs and for "netiquette", that is, the set of rules of general behavior on the Internet.
• The User shall accept the terms and conditions or participation rules of a specific service or resource when these are necessary, which shall be explicitly required where applicable.

Likewise, if comments or opinion entries are permitted, the Owner shall in no case be responsible for the opinions expressed by third parties, although it reserves the right to remove, or even not to publish, any that are offensive or inappropriate or, failing that, when it has actual knowledge of the content published.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The Owner holds all rights over the Website, its logos, structure, images and the constituent elements of the object code, as well as the programming and engineering of the source code. All these elements, in addition to the publications included, are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property regulations.

Any reproduction, adaptation, modification or public communication of all or part of the contents of the Website, carried out in any form or by any means, whether mechanical, manual or otherwise, without the express authorization of the Owner is prohibited.

Any link to the Website must be directed to the "home" or start page; deep links or links directed to content other than the aforementioned are prohibited. Likewise, the practice of browsing within frames ("frames") is prohibited.

5. Personal data protection

The Owner has adopted all the security measures, both technical and organizational, required by data protection regulations, more specifically under Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights and the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions are subject to Spanish law, and any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of A Coruña, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may correspond to the parties.
